FINE FOODS CATERING
Thank you for your interest in Cassels out catering.
All food from our FINE FOODS TO GO menu (please click for the full menus) can be picked up from our restaurant located at 1012 Scenic Drive North, Swanson or delivered to you on site - delivery and freight costs extra. We invite you to peruse our website for comments (under Kudos) on our fine food at weddings taken place here at Cassels.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN ADVANCE: Menu items change with the season and are subject to availability. Please contact the Catering Department to place your orders. All orders require 48 hours notice, unless otherwise specified on the menu. For the 48 hours turn-around the order must be placed before 10am. Please note we are not open for the month of July in any year.
ORDER BOOKING FEE: 50% of the total price of the order is to be paid on confirmation of order. This is a non-refundable booking fee.
DELIVERY: Food can be delivered to your event site 7 days a week. Delivery charges are based upon distance from our kitchen, order size and day of the week. We will arrange delivery and provide an estimated delivery fee when you place you order.
PLATTERS: Unless otherwise specified, food is sent in bulk (packed in foil take away containers for you to arrange and display at your event. For an addition charge of $5 per platter, food can be beautifully arranged on disposable platters or baskets.
UTENSILS, PLATES ETC.: White or black plastic ware costs $1.50 per person. Plastic ware includes a dinner plate, fork, knife and napkin.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Any food requiring reheating, cooking or specific serving instructions will come clearly marked with easy to follow instructions.
PRICING: Prices are subject to GST and are subject to change after 28 days from date of order.CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Changes or cancellation must me made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick up time.
